Professional Plumbing Services
Repiping services are what we recommend when patching leak after leak stops making sense, and it’s a service we provide for homes and businesses throughout La Crescenta, La Cañada Flintridge, Montrose, Glendale, and Burbank. Whole-home and partial repiping replace old, corroded, or failing pipes before they cause serious water damage. If you’re dealing with low water pressure, discolored water, or frequent leaks, repiping may be the long-term fix your home actually needs instead of another round of spot repairs.
Many of the homes we work on in this area were built decades ago with galvanized steel or early copper piping that’s now reaching the end of its usable life. Our licensed technicians (California C-36 #1027398) walk every property first, explain honestly whether a full repipe or a targeted section replacement makes more sense for your situation, and give you a clear plan before any work begins.
Our Repiping Services Include:
Whole-Home Repiping: We replace your home’s entire supply line system with durable, modern piping, eliminating recurring leaks and restoring consistent water pressure throughout your house.
Partial Repiping & Section Replacement: If only certain sections of your plumbing are failing, we can replace those areas without the cost and disruption of a full repipe.
Repipe for Renovations: Remodeling your kitchen or bathroom? We reroute and replace plumbing lines to fit your new layout, ensuring everything is up to code.
Galvanized & Polybutylene Pipe Replacement: We specialize in replacing outdated, failure-prone pipe materials with modern copper or PEX piping built to last.
Wall & Slab Repiping: When pipes run through walls or under a slab, we plan the route carefully to minimize demolition and get your home back together fast.
Repiping is a bigger job than a typical repair, which is why we’re upfront about cost, timeline, and what to expect at every step. You can verify our license anytime through the California Contractors State License Board. If you’re ready to talk through repiping options for your home, call us at (818) 790-7270 or request service online.

Repiping replaces the water distribution piping in a home or building rather than repairing failures one at a time. It is the right answer when the piping itself — not a single fitting — has reached the end of its service life.
A whole-home or whole-building repipe replaces the distribution system end to end and resets the clock on the whole system. A partial repipe replaces a defined portion — a failing branch, one riser, the hot-water side, or the runs under a slab that keep failing. Partial work is appropriate when the rest of the system is demonstrably sound; it is a poor choice when it simply defers the same failure elsewhere. We give you an honest read on which applies after seeing the piping and its failure history.
Much of the housing stock across La Cañada Flintridge, La Crescenta and Montrose is old enough to still have original galvanized supply lines, and mid-century copper is now well into the range where pinhole failures appear. For background on one modern material option, see the benefits of PEX plumbing.
We map the existing runs, plan access to minimise wall and ceiling openings, stage the work so water service is restored between phases where practical, and handle permitting and inspection where required. Where the trigger was a slab failure, see slab leak detection & repair; where it was recurring leaks, see leak detection.
In apartment and condominium buildings a repipe affects occupied units and shared risers, so scheduling, notice and shutoff coordination matter as much as the pipework. See HOA & property management plumbing.
Do we have to move out? Usually not. Water is off during working periods and restored between phases where the plan allows.
Is drywall repair included? Access openings and their repair are part of scoping the job — we confirm what is included in writing before work starts.
Can you just fix this one leak? Yes, and sometimes that is the right call — we will say so if it is.
