Plumbing emergencies do not keep business hours. We answer and dispatch around the clock, including nights, weekends and holidays, across all five cities we serve. Licensed, bonded and insured — California CSLB #1027398.
Call (818) 790-7270 now — if water is actively running, shut off the fixture valve or the main supply first if you can reach it safely.
We ask what is happening, where the water is coming from, and whether the supply has been shut off, so the technician arrives with the right equipment. On site we locate and stop the immediate problem first, then identify the underlying cause. Where the cause is inside a wall, under a slab, or down a sewer line, we use leak detection or camera inspection to confirm it before opening anything up. You get an explanation of what failed and the repair options before work proceeds.
Stopping the water is not always the same job as fixing the cause. A stopped sewer line may need hydro jetting or sewer line repair; failing supply piping may point to repiping. We separate the two so you are not pressured into a large decision at midnight.
We take emergency calls from homeowners, and from property managers, HOAs and commercial buildings where a failure affects multiple units or shuts down a business. See HOA & property management plumbing.
Do you actually answer at night? Yes — calls are answered and dispatched 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
How fast can you get here? It depends on the emergency and your location. We will tell you honestly when a technician can be there rather than quoting a number we cannot hold to.
Should I shut off the water myself? If there is active flooding and you can safely reach the fixture valve or main shutoff, yes. If you cannot reach it safely, leave it and call.
Do you handle sewage backups? Yes, including backups into common areas of multi-unit buildings.
